Assessment, manual therapy, ART, acupuncture and IASTM, plus a movement/rehab plan, are all included at every tier — the difference is how much hands-on time and depth of work the session gets.
Initial consultations normally require 60 minutes. This allows time for history taking of your problem/s, a tailored assessment, working diagnosis and discussion of treatment approach, and initial treatment where appropriate. ART, acupuncture and IASTM are already built into every session above. Shockwave and your Sports MOT sit outside the standard session price — each follows its own course of treatment.
Every course of treatment is planned, not guessed. Where shockwave or FSM is recommended, we'll agree the right option — a single session, added to a treatment, or a block — before it starts.
